Our Portfolio Strategy 

Zagazig Investments builds long-term value by investing in companies with strong fundamentals, industrial relevance, and growth potential.  We currently operate a £20m investment fund. Our focus spans three areas:

1. Minority equity investments in industrial companies in the UK and Germany with less than £15m of revenue.

2. Debt financing alongside our direct equity investments

3. Professional services businesses with a strong industrial focus, that can support our direct investments
